At Ravney Beauty, your satisfaction is our glow goal! If something’s not right, we’re here to make it right.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. However, if your product arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll gladly assist you.
To be eligible for a return:
• Item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange something, please email us with a photo of the item and your order number.
